I ordered a few bits and they were fine overall, but I did feel like they were a bit overpriced for what actually arrived :/ The quality was okay, just not really worth the money for me. I’d probably have a look around elsewhere next time.

I ordered from Playwell and, to be fair, the items did arrive fine in the end. The main issue was the dispatch time, it took longer than I expected, and because I wasn’t getting many updates at first, I felt a bit trapped just sitting there wondering what was happening with my order. Once it finally shipped, delivery was okay. Not a terrible experience, but definitely not quick either. I’d maybe order again, but only if I wasn’t in any rush...

I ordered a few bits from Playwell and they showed up sooner than I thought they would. Everything was just as described on the site, packed really well, and nothing was damaged or missing. The prices seemed fair too. My kids were thrilled with it all, so I can’t really complain. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Payment finally worked, but help was missing"
My payment did eventually go through, but it took a few tries and was frustrating. What made it worse was that there didn’t seem to be any real person to contact for help, just automated stuff. I would’ve felt a lot better if I could’ve talked to an actual human while trying to sort it out.

I ordered from playwell.co.uk and thought it would take a few days, actually, I was expecting it to drag a bit longer than that—but it turned up really quickly. Everything was fine, no hassle, and I got updates along the way so I knew where it was. I'd definitely use them again, especially if the delivery is always this fast.

I ordered a few bits from Playwell and was happy with the whole thing. The shipping cost was fair, not one of those ridiculous charges you sometimes see online, so it actually felt worth placing the order. Everything went smoothly and I’d happily use them again...

Playwell has a decent amount of martial arts and fitness gear, and I’ll say this with absolute certainty: if they’ve got exactly what you need, you’re probably fine. I found a few things really easily, but some sections felt way better stocked than others. A couple of sizes and colours were missing too, which was mildly annoying. It’s not a disaster by any means, but they 100% need a wider range and more options available.

I was happy with the range of brands on Playwell. I found a few names I already know and trust, plus some new ones that caught my eye. I do wish a few items had more stock available, but overall the selection is good and the site was easy enough to browse.

Bought a couple of bits from PlayWell for my son i’m a bit angry I wasted money on cheaper stuff before. These have already had loads of use and haven’t cracked, come loose, or started looking wrecked. They’ve been dropped, dragged outside, and generally abused like kids do, but they still look decent. Delivery was fine too, but the main thing is they actually seem built to last, unlike half the flimsy rubbish people sell. Would definitely buy again.

Customer service was polite enough, and I appreciate that they did eventually sort out my issue. That said, having to wait a few days for replies was a bit frustrating. It got resolved in the end, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked...

"Sizing was way off"
I ordered my usual size and expected it to be fine, especially since I checked the size guide first. It showed up much smaller than I thought it would, which was frustrating. The item itself seemed okay, I guess, but having to send it back was such a hassle. Maybe I just got unlucky, but now I’m not really sure I’d order again because the sizing feels a bit unreliable
